Albert Mammon

Deputy Chief of Operations-(PSPA)

Albert Mammon serves as Deputy Chief of Operations at PSPA, where he leads PSPA’s specialized regional security initiatives across South Florida, including serving as the Regional Director for Chabad operations.

A retired NYPD officer with over 28 years of distinguished service, Albert brings deep operational expertise in executive protection, school and institutional security, and high-profile

event coordination. His background includes managing over 200 officers in New York City and leading protective operations for major events such as the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, the New Year’s Eve Ball Drop, and operations for high-risk religious and financial institutions.

Under his leadership, PSPA assigns only the highest caliber personnel—retired NYPD officers

and veterans—with extensive law enforcement backgrounds and advanced tactical training,

Including:

• Counterterrorism and Threat Mitigation

• Active Shooter Response Protocols

• Behavioral Threat Detection and Risk Assessment

• Faith-Based Security Practices

This elite team is trained to operate with cultural sensitivity and religious awareness, particularly

in Jewish communities and faith-based environments.

Albert currently oversees security and emergency readiness for multiple Chabad schools and

synagogues across South Florida. He has implemented innovative safety protocols, trained armed officers, and introduced advanced surveillance systems—including drone and CCTV

monitoring—for campus and congregational protection.
