Edgardo Ojeda serves as the Assistant Chief of Operations for PSPA, particularly overseeing US Virgin Islands deployment of personnel and leading the coordination of security teams across critical assignments. With over 30 years of combined experience in law enforcement, military service, and private sector security, Edgardo brings deep operational expertise and tactical leadership to PSPA’s front-line operations.

A retired Police Detective from the Virgin Islands Police Department and a U.S. Army veteran who served during Operation Desert Shield/Storm, Edgardo has conducted high-risk investigations, managed armed response teams, and provided courtroom and judicial security. His background includes work as a narcotics agent, canine handler, and security director for private-sector operations in Florida.

In his role at PSPA, Edgardo is responsible for mobilizing trained personnel to meet client needs, directing field operations, and ensuring teams are equipped, compliant, and mission-ready. He leads with discipline, accountability, and a focus on operational readiness—drawing on decades of experience in surveillance, risk mitigation, and emergency response.

Bilingual in English and Spanish, Edgardo also holds advanced certifications in armed and unarmed security and security management. His dedication to public safety and team leadership continues to define the high standards of service PSPA delivers to its partners and communities.
